Ciro Echesortu has recently left an extensive 30-year career with Louis Dreyfus group. Ciro is Executive Director of TLG —an investment fund manager with interests in energy, pharmaceuticals, finance and real estate— and of Ceibos Group, with agricultural and livestock operations in Uruguay, Argentina, Paraguay, and Bolivia. Founder of Irradia, an NGO engaged in the promotion of development efforts in Latin America; Director of Pearson College UWC of the Pacific, in Canada; member of the Support Committee of the School of Biomedical Sciences of the Austral University and Hospital.
Sarah Dingle is Executive Director of Ceibos Group. She held the position of General Manager from 1989 to 2004. She is now also responsible for the group’s overall management and production strategy. She has been an active CREA group member since 1990. She worked at Citibank, Buenos Aires, from 1985 to 1989, and was involved in the Executive Training Program in the credit, financial control, export financing, and Argentine foreign debt refinancing strategy (Brady Plan) areas and then worked business development with clients. She is a member of the Support Committee of the School of Biomedical Sciences of the Austral University and Hospital. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Guelph, Ontario (Canada, 1980-1984). Married and mother of four children.
Chief Operating Officer
Matías Mackinlay is the Chief Operating Officer(COO) of Ceibos Group. Prior to that, he was an associate of SEA Consultores S.R.L., providing technical and economic consultancy to agricultural and livestock companies and agribusinesses. He holds a degree in Agricultural Production Engineering from the Argentine Catholic University (1991-1995) and holds a Master’s degree in Agribusiness and another one in Corporate Finance from UCEMA (2001-2003). Married with three children.
Finance and Business Development
Mario Casas serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Ceibos Group. He has developed his career in Corporate Finance (International Finance Corporation and Banco Galicia) as well as in banks and insurance companies (AIG and MetLife). He has a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA) and an MBA from The George Washington University. Separated with three children.
Market and Risk Management, NE/NW of Argentina
Sebastián Rebagliati is the Business and New Ventures Manager of Ceibos Group, as well as Project Leader for Paraguay and Bolivia. He developed his career in economic consulting at SEA Consultores S.R.L. since 2000. He has worked as a consultant to the Argentine Rural Confederations (CRA), outside consultant for CREA groups, and for medium to large agricultural enterprises. He holds a degree in Agricultural Production Engineering from the Argentine Catholic University (1994-1999) and attended a Capital Markets Executive Program at UCEMA. Married with four children.

Martín Carmona is the Agricultural Technology and Production Manager of Ceibos Group for Argentina and Uruguay. Before than, he was in charge of Agricultural Production and Administration at MSU S.A. for the provinces of Buenos Aires and Santa Fe (2001-2007). He is an Agricultural Engineer graduated from Buenos Aires University (1996-2001) with postgraduate studies in Executive Agribusiness and Food Management, FAUBA Agreement (2011-12). Married with two children.

Hernán Rodríguez is the Operating Manager for Bolivia and Paraguay. Prior to joining Ceibos Group, he founded Mercoseed S.A. —a company engaged in seed production for export (2009-2015)— and Tirolesa S.A. —an outfit engaged in irrigated grain and seed production (1995-2007). He is an Agricultural Engineer graduated from the National University of Córdoba. Separated with two children.
Pablo Durán works as Operating Manager for Uruguay since 2003. Before joining Ceibos Group, he was a consultant to a Braford, Hereford and Criollo Horse Ranch in Santa Elena de Guarapirú, and Operating Manager of a family business called ¨Establecimiento Santa María del Quebracho¨. From 1986 to 1991, he was the Foreman at Establecimiento La Isleta (dairy farm) and, between 1992 and 2002, he worked as Administrator of El Puesto S.A., Bicho Moro S.A. and Cash Stirling . He holds a Technical Degree in Ovine and Bovine Meat Production (1980), a Technical Degree in Agricultural Equipment (1992), and completed an Agricultural and Livestock Management Course (2001), ARRN. Eduardo Legorburu, CPA
Administration and Finance Manager / Chief Financial Officer
Eduardo M. Legorburú Mujica is the Administrative Manager of Ceibos Group. Prior to that, he was the Administration and Finance Manager of El Tejar Uruguay, with six years of experience in the agricultural and livestock segment, and eleven years in the financial sector in connection with restaurant and transport vouchers (Sodexo) and credit cards (MasterCard). He is a Certified Public Accountant graduated from the University of the Republic (UDELAR), Uruguay. He is currently pursuing an MBA program in Business Administration and Management at the University of Concepción del Uruguay. Married with two children.
